Meet the team

First exposed to the industry through working in his parent’s family business, Jason is now armed with over 20 years of experience in Building Maintenance services, giving him valuable industry insights and understanding. Jason is immensely proud of the work Integral has done to evolve into British Columbia’s fastest-growing janitorial services company. Furthermore, knowing the plans Integral has in place for aggressive growth over the coming years, he is excited by the true potential of this organization.

Throughout the years, Craig has gained a wealth of experience working in a number of different roles, from sales to operations. He found that his passion for this industry was centred on his interactions with people, from the front-line cleaners to the clients he proudly served. It’s why Craig was so appreciative of the opportunity to ally himself with a team whose operations truly embody the concept of integrity, the value that inspired the company name.

Over the years Brett has sold services across a wide variety of market sectors and worked for multiple companies. The one thing that never changed across industries or companies during that time has been the importance of listening to clients. It was Integral’s ability to maintain such a high standard of relationships with their clients that caught Brett’s attention. It is also the reason that Integral’s mantra is to always listen first and then find the best solution.

Alberta through Manitoba

In the fall of 2023, after nearly two decades in commercial cleaning and landscaping, Murdock joined ISG as our Managing Partner for Alberta-East. When Murdock first came on board, he was overseeing a small portfolio with just one central client. Fast forward to today, and Murdock has helped grow ISG into a rising force in the prairies, with a focus on grocery, retail, education, and shopping centers. He now leads a team of over 250 employees in our fastest-growing division. Outside of work, Murdock enjoys the simple pleasures in life – spending time with his wife and children, gardening, and watching his beloved Oilers when he's in the mood for something more mentally engaging.

British Columbia

Iliya joined ISG in early 2025, bringing with him two decades of expertise in the cleaning industry. His deep knowledge of flooring types is only rivaled by his commitment to client satisfaction. Since day one, it’s been clear that Iliya’s impact on the team is undeniable. Known as one of the hardest workers in the industry, Iliya also knows how to have fun and makes it a point to attend every industry event he can. And while he might still carry a 22-handicap on the golf course, we're betting he'll be a single-digit player before long.

You can’t run a successful business without a “Danish” on your team. Pronounced "DAN-ISH," Danish brings a wealth of experience, having worked in a range of successful positions, both as an entrepreneur and within established organizations. His ability to quickly assess and address the financial needs of our diverse divisions has made him a cornerstone of the company. Though he spends countless hours at the office, he’s always eager to return home to his wife and young family. As for hobbies, we’re pretty sure they involve numbers.

Keith is the heart and soul of the ISG family. Now in his 70s, Keith shows no signs of slowing down. Many of his clients have had the pleasure of working with him for over 20 years, and his relationships with them are nothing short of legendary. As a dedicated family man, Keith also takes on the important role of convincing Craig Brown to get out of the office and go fishing each summer. Keith's one weakness? Fireball. There, we said it.

Tri-Cities

Michelle’s journey to ISG began when her husband, Rob Cripps (a longtime friend of ours), introduced her to the team. Lucky for us, she said yes! With a background in travel sales and operations, Michelle's customer service skills are second to none. She has a natural talent for balancing client communication, relationship-building, and motivating her team to achieve great results. While she’s always professional, Michelle’s quirky, fun-loving side brings smiles and laughter to the whole company – and she wears her heart on her sleeve.

Surrey/White Rock

Just two years ago, Rae was a client of ISG, managing a large grocery-retail store for one of our major accounts. During her maternity leave, Rae reached out to us with an unexpected question: would we consider hiring her once her leave ended? Needless to say, we were intrigued, and after meeting her, we knew she’d be an incredible fit. Rae is warm, bubbly, and an exceptional communicator, with a genuine and caring demeanor that has made her a favorite among clients and staff alike.

Vancouver/North Shore

Ali’s journey to ISG began 14 years ago when he moved to Canada and landed his first job at Walmart. Over his 11 years there, he proved himself time and time again, earning six promotions and taking on an ever-growing list of responsibilities. In 2023, we recruited Ali to manage a large, single-site operation for a key client. Within just six months, it was clear that Ali was ready to grow within the company. He now leads the Vancouver and North Shore regions with a direct, no-nonsense approach that has earned him the respect and admiration of everyone he works with.

Fraser Valley

Kamal has been a trusted partner to Craig Brown for years, and when ISG expanded in 2020, she became one of our first regional hires. Kamal’s attention to detail and tireless dedication to both her clients and her team set her apart. Always striving to expand her expertise, she’s not only a successful realtor and mortgage broker but also an immigration consultant. Who knows – she might even be a hip-hop instructor on the weekends! Kamal is a woman who never rests on her laurels and is always looking for the next challenge.

BC Interior

Christina Richards is the operations powerhouse who can audit a sprawling airport contract one minute and negotiate eco-supplies for care homes the next—like she's been prepping for it since slinging shoes in Lethbridge back in '99. From co-managing Danier Leather stores to wrangling her own home daycare (five tiny humans? No sweat), Christina's built a career spotting efficiencies that'd make a spreadsheet blush. She joined Integral Services Group in April 2024, after stints at BGIS and Scandinavian Building Services, where she trained massive Western Canada teams and kept Kelowna Airport gleaming to ISO standards.
Now, she's our go-to for Okanagan ops. Off-duty, Christina's chasing Kelowna sunsets on hikes, uncorking local wines, or brainstorming her next process hack over backyard BBQs. If facilities need fixing, Christina's your fun-loving fix-it queen.

Southern Alberta

When you think "old school," you think Calvin. With over 35 years of experience in our sector, Calvin has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. He’s had a hand in almost every building in Alberta, and his no-nonsense approach resonates with both clients and staff alike. Like Danish, every company needs a Calvin, and we plan on keeping him around for as long as possible—hopefully, never seeing him retire! Calvin’s experience, wisdom, and direct style make him a trusted and invaluable member of our team.

Calgary

Manuel joined ISG in 2021 when we acquired a smaller “mom-and-pop” cleaning company in Calgary. Since then, he’s been an outstanding addition to our team. Here’s a testament to his success: the company we acquired had 32 accounts, and in the four years since, Manuel has kept every single one of them. His calm, caring demeanor and his deep commitment to his clients, team, and family set him apart. At his daughter’s debut (a significant milestone in Filipino culture), it was clear that his entire community holds him in the highest regard—just as we do.

Manitoba/Saskatchewan

Chris is another industry veteran who’s been in commercial cleaning for over 20 years and still has a genuine passion for his work. He came to ISG in early 2025 when we took on the Primaris REIT portfolio, which included two shopping centers in Winnipeg. Chris’s thoughtful approach to operations often leads him to reimagine how things are done and find new ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the board. His experience and innovative mindset make him an invaluable part of our team.
