Our Founders

Jason Drew, President & CEO

First exposed to the industry through working in his parents family business, Jason is now armed with over 20 years’ experience in Building Maintenance services, giving him valuable industry insights and understanding. Jason is immensely proud of the work Integral has done to evolve into British Columbia’s fastest growing janitorial services company. Furthermore, knowing the plans Integral has in place for aggressive growth over the coming years, he is excited by the true potential of this organization.

Brett Mollard, Partner – Sales / Client Success

Over the years Brett has sold services across a wide variety of market sectors and worked for multiple companies. The one thing that never changed across industry or company during that time has been the importance of listening to clients. It was Integral’s ability to maintain such a high standard of relationships with their clients that caught Brett’s attention. It is also the reason that Integral’s mantra is to always listen first, and then find the best solution.

Craig Brown, Partner & COO

Throughout the years, Craig has gained a wealth of experience working in a number of different roles, from sales to operations. He found that his passion for this industry was centred in his interactions with people, from the front-line cleaners to the clients he proudly served. It’s why Craig was so appreciative of the opportunity to ally himself with a team whose operations truly embody the concept of integrity, the value that inspired the company name.

Sales

Victoria Plett, Sales Director - Manitoba and Saskatchewan

Victoria began her journey in the late-90’s when she started working in hospitality. Loving the break-neck speed of the industry and the people involved, it’s no surpise she naturally transitioned into sales. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Victoria has also owned/operated her own businesses over the years but sales is the area of business that feels like a natural fit for her and is enhanced by her appreciation of how the ISP Program brings a new kind of value to clients.

Adele Boudreau, Sales Director - Southern Alberta

With over 20 years experience in corporate services/office management services, Adele has worked closely with all levels of staff including the c-suite, vendors, contractors, and building operations. Based in Calgary, Adele saw an opportunity to represent the Integral Surface Protection Program in the market. Adele believes in the science behind the product that has proven studies to demonstrate the effectiveness, which is why she is excited to help others see the value and benefits it will bring to their facilities.

Brian Gibson, Sales Director – Northern Alberta

Brian has successfully navigated an expansive portfolio by managing and building relationships, capturing new business opportunities by working with key decision makers with national chains, regional chains and distributors across the prairies for over 20 years, in particular with large and small food service companies. It was the ISP Program that drew Brian into Integral, he saw the potential of the program and is excited to be part of the group that gets to bring it to the public.

Operations

Keith Drew, General Manager

Having gone through his own experience of starting up a Building Maintenance company back in 1984, it brings Keith great joy to see his son, Jason, now embarking on his own mission to do the same. Keith jumped at the chance to work with Jason and was confident that he could bring a wealth of knowledge with him from his 40+ years of being at the heart of the industry as it evolved over time.

Remon Jubran, Director of Operations

When Integral was seeking somebody with a keen eye for detail to run the Quality Assurance Department, Remon knew that his key strength of being able to see a need and avoid an issue before it ever comes into play made him the perfect fit. Working hard with the front-line staff, Remon seeks to ensure every customer is completely satisfied and is always ready for the next challenge to be sent his way.

Bill Gaddu, Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, Bill constantly finds himself drawing from nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. Proud of the knowledge he has been able to pass down to the cleaners and project crews, Bill’s industry knowledge has been valuable to the team. Bill is heavily involved in training the Integral team and ensuring the expectations for each task are completed efficiently and effectively. Bill is also in charge of the floor care maintenance program.

David Stickney, Project Supervisor

Overseeing special projects, David uses his professional experience as a welder and journeyman tradesperson to lead his team in the delivery of special services. His experience working with a variety of commercial projects allows him to rapidly assess the approach required to deliver client project work with minimal disruption to operations. David also oversees the day-to-day operations of the ISP Program, coordinating and delivering the services, as well as training the ISP application crews.

Kamal Thind, Area Supervisor

With over 10 years of experience in the janitorial services industry, Kamal has worked with facilities large and small, in a variety of commercial environments. Her commitment to client satisfaction shines above all else, but she is also well-versed in the training of staff for both custodial work and occupational health and safety. Kamal has worked in high-profile facilities throughout the Lower Mainland, and understands the importance of tailoring our services to the site.

Darwin Tumbaga, Area Supervisor

Starting his career as a cleaner who achieved his Building Service Worker certificate, Darwin progressed rapidly and has been supervising custodial and project staff for the last decade. Darwin is proud of his hands-on approach, working directly with staff after-hours to ensure that the results clients see in the morning exceed their expectations. An expert operator of all janitorial equipment and processes, when a customer needs an overnight “miracle”, you can find Darwin there leading his team to success.

Administration

Glorious Tran, Accounting and Payroll Manager

Originally beginning her career in Keith Drew’s commercial cleaning business, when that business was being absorbed by Jason and Integral, Glorious was delighted with the opportunity to continue working along side the familiar faces as well as the new members to come. Glorious manages payrolls, the office space, still interface with the operations teams and works hand-in-hand with the HR Team. Glorious has found the company growth to be both challenging and rewarding.
